Terms and Conditions for on line reservations:
- Registration on-line are for non guided tours only; for guided tours, please register on scheduled days at the reception counter on site or make reservation by phone or email at least two days prior to visit.
- Reservations and changes to reservations on line should be completed at least two days prior to the visit. Reservations can be made up to 45 days prior to visit.
- Please arrive before the reservation time. If the visiting group or the visitor does not show up, the reservation will be cancelled 15 minutes after the booked time.
- Due to site capacity limits, each time slot for visitation is limited to a maximum number of 120 visitors, booked in through on line reservations.
- Tours will be in groups of 20 people, with an approximately 10 minutes interval between each one. Therefore, larger groups will be sub-divided and some waiting time should be anticipated.
- Reservations for private activities, such as wedding photographs and other similar functions, should be requested to the Cultural Affairs Bureau, 20 days in advance and depend on the authorization. (http://www.icm.gov.mo/en/Service/FilmLicense/Default.aspx) .
- Reservations can be modified. For enquiries, please call (853) 28968820.
- Reservations will be made at the discretion of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, who reserves all rights to change visiting policy when and if necessary.
