TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC GUIDED TOURS
In order to enrich visitors’ knowledge about the Mandarin’s House, free Cantonese guided tours are provided on weekends on scheduled basis.

Schedule for Cantonese Guided Tours:
2 sessions will be provided on Saturdays and Sundays, it takes approximately 45 minutes for each session.

Quota:
Each session is limited to a maximum of 20 visitors, and is offered on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.
Application:
Interested visitors should register at least 2 days prior to the scheduled guided tour. Visitors may also walk-in on scheduled days to register for their intended guided tours.
Remarks:
- Alterations and Cancellation
- Reservations can be modified or cancelled. Please inform about any alterations at least 2 days prior to the day of the visit;
- Please arrive before the scheduled time. If the visiting group or the visitor does not show up, the reservation will be cancelled 15 minutes after the booked time.
- Arrangements for Inclement Weather Conditions
- Guided tours will be cancelled during the following inclement weather conditions, if the following signals are hoisted: typhoon signal No.3 or above, rainstorm signal, thunderstorm signal; if the mentioned signals are lowered 2 hours prior to the scheduled guided tour session, the visit will be held as scheduled;
- Visitors can decide if they should cancel their reservation in case of other inclement weather conditions. For cancellation, please contact (+853) 2896 8820 at least 1 hour prior to the visit.
Reservations will be accepted, or denied, at the discretion of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, whom reserves all rights to change visiting policy, when and if necessary.
