GUIDED TOURS FOR SCHOOLS AND GROUPS
Reservation of free guided tours can be made for schools or groups of 20 people or above.
Guided tours for schools or groups within a particular period should be booked in advance. Interested parties should download and complete the application form, and submit it by fax to the Mandarin’s House, at least 15 days in advance (fax: (+853) 2896 8810, address: Travessa de António da Silva, n.º 10). The Mandarin’s House will reply within 5 working days by e-mail, from the day of receiving the request. Visit arrangements are made according to the chorological order of the applications.
Guided Tour for Schools
The Mandarin’s House welcomes officially registered kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities to arrange school visits or educational activities at the Mandarin’s House.
Guided Tours for Groups
The Mandarin’s House welcomes officially registered non-profit organizations, institutions and collective associations to request visits to the Mandarin’s House.

GUIDELINES FOR THE APPLICATION FOR GUIDED TOURS FOR SCHOOLS AND GROUPS
Reservation of free guided tours can be made for schools or groups of 20 people or above.
TARGET ENTITIES:
- Schools: Officially registered kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities.
- Groups: Officially registered non-profit organizations, institutions and collective associations.
Schedule for the Guided Tours:
2 sessions in the morning and afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, it takes approximately 45 minutes for each session.

Language:
Guided tours will be conducted in Cantonese or Mandarin.
Participants:
Each session is limited to the maximum of 40 people.
Application:
- Interested parties should download and complete the application form and submit it by fax to the Mandarin’s House (Fax: (+853) 2896 8810, Address: Travessa de António da Silva, n.º 10) at least 15 days prior to the day of the visit;
- The Mandarin’s House will reply within 5 working days by e-mail, from the day of receiving the request. Visit arrangements are made according to the chorological order of the applications;
- Please bring along the printout of the letter of confirmation for identification at the reception of the Mandarin’s House upon your arrival.
Remarks:
- Alterations and Cancellation
- Reservations can be modified or cancelled. Please inform about any alterations at least 3 days prior to the day of the visit, regardless of the status of the application (confirmed, or to be confirmed);
- Please arrive before the scheduled time. If the visiting group or the visitor does not show up, the reservation may be cancelled 15 minutes after the booked time.
- Arrangements for Inclement Weather Conditions
- Guided tours will be cancelled during the following inclement weather conditions, if the following signals are hoisted: typhoon signal No.3 or above, rainstorm signal, thunderstorm signal; if the mentioned signals are lowered 2 hours prior to the scheduled guided tour session, the visit will be held as scheduled;
- Additional Special Conditions for School: Guided tours will be cancelled should the D.S.E.J. announce any class suspension notices;
- Visitors can decide if they should cancel their reservation in case of other inclement weather conditions. For cancellation, please contact (+853) 2896 8820 at least 1 hour prior to your visit;
- For guided tours that are cancelled due to the above conditions, please contact the Mandarin’s House via (+853) 2896 8820 in order to re-arrange an alternative guided tour schedule.
Reservations will be accepted, or denied, at the discretion of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, whom reserves all rights to change visiting policy, when and if necessary.
