Monitor:
The monitoring team headed by the Chief of the Cultural Heritage Department of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, aims to enhance internal management through monitoring and reviewing procedures, assessing the effectiveness of the services provided and the performance pledge, so as to achieve the goal of optimization of the service quality.
